Refund Policy

SpendByTeam is sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles all payments and refunds. The Service is provided by WebKoding Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, for any reason. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription, monthly or yearly.

After 14 days

Renewal payments and payments made after the first 14 days are generally not refundable, and we do not refund part-used periods. We will still look at your request if you were charged by mistake, were charged twice, or could not use the Service because of a problem on our side.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

How to request a refund

Write to support@spendbyteam.com with your account e-mail and order number, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
